Involvement in the Loan Process

It couldn’t be any easier for first time buyers with free pre-qualifications and low closing costs. We have special programs for first time buyers with competitive rates, fast processing time and low down payments. We are now offering a Premiere First Time Homebuyer Loan Program for qualified borrowers of no PMI mortgage insurance, even with 5% down.

Borrower's checklist for purchases

In order to expedite your process and loan processing time, you can prepare for your application appointment by providing the following information:

  • Signed purchase agreement
  • Driver's license or state photo ID
  • 2 recent pay stubs
  • Phone number for Human Resources Dept. to verify employment.
  • 2 months bank statements for checking and savings account
  • 2 most recent years of W2s (if self employed, commissioned or part owner of a corporation or business will need complete federal tax returns, and corporate tax returns)
  • Recent 401K or retirement accounts
  • Pre-approvals are free, but for a purchase or refinance we will need a check for $400 for the application fee

Borrower's checklist for refinances

If you are refinancing, along with everything from the purchase list above, you will also need the following items:

  • Previous titlework
  • Homeowner's insurance statement
  • Complete loan number/information of loan(s) to be paid off
